Under normal circumstances, if your transaction fails, you should not be charged. However, if you realize that you’ve been charged, do not worry. Just get in touch with us at [email protected] & we’ll be happy to assist you with completing your purchase. Just ensure you keep your account statement handy to provide us over email so that our we can verify your payment with our payment gateway providers. Likewise, if you see multiple debits in your banking account for your transaction, just provide us with your account statement and we’ll refund you the excess payment asap.
