Checking the name servers or DNS of your hosting plan

When you purchase a shared hosting package with us, it comes with pre-defined name servers or DNS information associated with it. You need to point your domain to these name servers or change the DNS records of your domain so that you can get your website and emails running.  We give you these details in your hosting package purchase email. If you don’t have it handy, you can easily check it using your account. You’ll find it here:

  1. Login to your account

  2. You will now see a page that lists all purchases made by you on our system

  3. Click on the domain name associated with your hosting package

  4. Click on "Name Server Details"

That’s it. You’ll see the name servers of your hosting package displayed right in front of you.

If you’d like to see the DNS records of your hosting package, just click on the "+" sign just beside Option 2 and you’ll the DNS records
