The BigRock Customer PIN is used for your verification when you communicate with us. You can find this PIN in the email that you receive from us after you sign up. If you do not have this email, do not worry; We'll help you locate it. It will take you just 2 minutes to do this:

1. Login to your account.
   
   

2. Once in, click on the 'Profile Icon' on the top right
   
   

3. Click on "Manage Profile"
   
   

4. Click on View / Change your PIN.
   
   
   

There you go. Your 4-digit account PIN will be displayed as Personal Identification Number (PIN) on this screen.

Note: If you would like to change it, on the Popup box,next to your existing PIN, click on Change. Enter a new 4 digit sequence for your PIN. Hit Change PIN. You’ve now set new PIN
