Setting up email on your Blackberry is super easy and will not take you more than 2 minutes. So let's do it:

1. On your Blackberry home screen, tap Setup
   
   
   

2. Click on Email Accounts
   
   
   

3. Click on Internet Mail Account
   
   
   

4. Click on Set up another email account
   
   
   

5. Click on Other
   
   
   

6. Enter your email address & password
   

7. Click on Continue
   
   
   

8. Click on Change Settings

9. Set the Incoming Email Server as pop.yourdomain.com

Note:

If you have a Linux Hosting package, Incoming mail server will be mail.yourdomain.com

If you have a Windows Hosting package, Incoming mail server will be yourdomain.com

10. Select Outgoing Email Server as smtp.yourdomain.com

Note:

If you have a Linux Hosting package, Outgoing mail server will be mail.yourdomain.com

If you have a Windows Hosting package, Outgoing mail server will be yourdomain.com

11. Leave Use SSL option unchecked

12. Click on Save

13. Enter your email password to validate

14. Click on OK

That’s it. You are all set to use your email account on your Blackberry
