Setting an Auto-Responder for your emails
Posted by on 14 June 2014 08:11 PM

If you’re going on a vacation or going to be away from your emails for a while, you may want to setup an autoresponder to reply to your email with a pre-defined message. Here’s how you set it up:

  1. Login to your webmail

  2. Click on "Settings"

  3. In the General tab, set Auto Responder as "On"

  4. Set a Subject for the auto responder

  5. Set the Message type: (Plain text / Rich text)

  6. Type in the content for the auto responder

  7. Tick Include original message in auto-responder if you want the original email to be appended with the auto responder

  8. If you'd like to stop the auto responders on a particular date, tick Automatically ends on and set the date when you'd like to stop sending the auto-responders

  9. Click on "Save"

That’s it, the autoresponder will now inform people that you can't reply to your emails for sometime.
