If you want to send an email from our webmail using a different email address, you need to setup an Identity. Here’s how you do it:

1. Login to your webmail
   
   
   

2. Click on "Settings"

3. Click on the tab "Identities and Signatures"

4. Click on "Create new identity"

5. Set a Display Name for your Outgoing emails

6. Click on "Save"
   
   
   

7. You’ll now get an email with subject - Identity Confirmation Request from yourdomain.com on your email address that you specified to confirm your ownership on that account

8. Open it & Click the verification link provided in the email
   
   

Bang, It’s done. You can now use our webmail to start sending emails using your different email address
