Creating an Email Signaure in Email Hosting

Creating your Email Signature is super easy on webmail. With just a few steps, you’ll have your own identity for every email you send. So let’s make it:

  1. Login to your webmail


  2. Click on "Settings"

  3. Click on the tab "Identities and Signatures"

  4. Select your email account

  5. Enter your Display Name for Outgoing emails

  6. Type in your desired Signature in the text box provided

  7. Tick HTML signature if you want your signature in HTML format

  8. Make the necessary changes in the text formatting

  9. Click on "Save"

And you’re done. All your outgoing emails will now be accompanied with your awesome new signature.
