  12. Enter the Incoming mail server as pop.yourdomain.com (‘imap.yourdomain.com’ if you are using IMAP)

    Note:
If you have a Linux Hosting package, set the Incoming mail server to 'mail.yourdomain.com'

If you have a Windows Hosting package, set the Incoming mail server to 'yourdomain.com'

  13. Enter the Outgoing mail server as smtp.yourdomain.com

    Note:
If you have a Linux Hosting package, set the Outgoing mail server to 'mail.yourdomain.com'

If you have a Windows Hosting package, set the Outgoing mail server to 'yourdomain.com'

  14. Click on Next

    Outlook Express - Step 5

  15. Enter your Email address as the Account name

  16. Enter your existing Email Password

  17. Leave Log on using Secure Password Authentication(SPA) unchecked

  18. Click on Next

    Outlook Express - Step 1

  19. Click Finish

    Outlook Express - Step 7

  20. You'll now see the Email account created in the Mail tab. Just a few more additional steps and you're good to go

  21. Select your mail account

  22. Click on Properties

    Outlook Express - Step 8

  23. Click on the Servers tab

  24. Tick My server requires authentication

    Outlook Express - Step 9

  25. Click on the Advanced tab

  26. Set the Port for Outgoing mail(SMTP) to 587

  27. Set the Port for Incoming mail(POP3) to 110 (Note - If you're using IMAP, you need to set it to 143)

  28. Tick Leave a copy of mesages on server. This will ensure that a copy of your email is stored on our servers even after it gets downloaded to your Outlook Express
