Changing the username or registered email address of your BigRock account can be done in a few steps and is super easy. Let's do it.

1. Login to your account.
   
   
2. Once in, click on the 'Profile Icon' on the top right.
   
   
3. Click on Manage Profile.
   
   
4. Click on Edit Profile.
   
   
5. Under Contact Information, edit the email address.
   
   
6. Hit Save.
   
   
   
   

And its done! Want to test the new username? Just re-login to your account with the new username and your password.

However, if at all you don't have the login access to your BigRock account, you may download the Change of Username Form from the link here. Fill in the details(Make sure that the form is manually signed by the Account holder), scan it and create a ticket. Along with it you would also have to provide the following list of documents:

• Photo Identity Proof of the of current account holder bearing his name, address and signature - eg: Driving License, Passport etc.

• Company Proof (if company name is mentioned in the customer details)- Incorporation Certificate or any government recognized company registration proof.
