Why this restriction?

This restriction is actually placed for your benefit. In case your account gets compromised, the hacker would not be able to modify the account holder details (Name and Company Name) hence it makes us easier to identify the actual owner of the account

List of Documents that we may ask for verification: 

• Photo Identity Proof - eg: Driving License, Passport etc. (of both the individual names)

• Company Proof - Incorporation Certificate or Company name change certificate (of both the companies)

• Authorization Letter if you need to change the company name. You will need to mention the company name change in the company letter head signed by the Registrant of the domain name

• Address proof in case of country modification
