Dear Customers,

Improving performance and making our systems more robust and scalable has been our core focus. To strengthen our infrastructure and make it more resistant to any kind of attack, we are replacing a few of our Domain Forwarding IPs with new IP addresses.

CHANGES REQUIRED AT YOUR END:

For domains using OrderBox DNS: You don't have to do anything - we will make all the necessary changes. This change will not cause any downtime to your website.

For domains using Third-Party DNS: Your customers will need to get in touch with their domain registration provider and get the Domain Forwarding OLD IP address replaced with the NEW IP addresses listed below:

207.174.213.34 => 162.215.226.3
204.11.58.194 => 162.215.226.4

162.210.70.23 => 162.215.226.6
162.215.252.78 => 162.215.226.7

WHEN SHOULD YOU MAKE THIS CHANGE?
The new IP addresses are already functional, so you can make the changes immediately.

All these changes that we are about to implement are aimed at improving our Domain Forwarding capability, ensuring better reliability and keeping us better prepared in the wake of any DDOS attack.
