Requesting a Refund

If you have cancelled any purchase(s) in the Money Back period or if you have existing funds in your account with us, you Request a Refund to get your money back. As always this is super easy to do, so lets get straight to it:

  1. Login to your account

  2. On the Menu bar, click on "My Billing"

  3. Click on "Withdraw Funds"

  4. This page will display Current Balance in your BigRock account

  5. Enter the Amount you wish to withdraw. 

  6. In the Refund Description field, mention how you want to receive your refund amount.


  • Refund to my Credit Card

  • Refund to my PayPal Account: [email protected]

  • Refund as Wire Transfer to Bank Account no.: XXX-XXX

  • Refund via cheque to my postal address: XXX

  1. Click "Confirm"

Once you have done this, our billing team will process your request and return your funds.
