Deleting your domain name

This article will help you in deleting your domain name in the Money Back Period also known as Add Grace Period. The charge for deleting your domain name in the Money Back Period will be US $1.

  1. Login to your account

  2. You will now see a page with all purchases made by you on our system

  3. Click on the domain name for which you want to delete

    This image will help you locate your order in the List of Orders page

  4. Below the Domain Registration section, click on the "Delete Order" link. (NOTE - This option will appear only if your domain is in the Money Back period)

    This image will display the link to Delete your Domain

  5. Confirm the deletion.

Give it a few minutes and your domain name will be deleted in the system and will be available for anyone to register. Your money will be refunded within 15 business days.
