We’d hate to see you go, but if you’ve made up your mind, here’s how you can transfer your domain name to another registrar. The domain transfer process is initiated at the gaining registrars end. When you initiate the domain transfer, they will need to ensure 3 things. Follow the instructions below: Step 1 - Ensure there is No Lock: Before transferring your domain name, please ensure there is no lock placed on your domain name. The lock will be placed on your domain name under 2 circumstances:
You have now removed the lock over your domain name.
Step 2 - Verify the Admin Email: Make sure that the Admin Email listed in your whois is your email address (you have access to it).
Step 3 - Check the Authorization Code
Your domain name is ready for transfer now. Contact your new registrar and give the Authorization Code of your domain name so that they can help you move on with the transfer at their end :(
