We’re very excited that you’ve decided to come aboard! don’t worry, we’ll help all the way. Let’s begin by preparing for your transfer: Step 1 - Ensure there is No Lock: Before transferring your domain name, ensure there is no lock placed on your domain name. A simple Whois check will let you know if your domain is locked or not.
Step 2 - Verify Admin Email: Ensure that you have access to the Admin Email address listed on the whois page. If you see an email address you do not have access to, get in touch with your current domain registrars to change it to an email address to which you have access, since you need to authorize the domain transfer using your domains Admin Email contact. Step 3 - Get the Authorization Code: Get in touch with your current domain registrar to get the authorization code associated with your domain name. We have a guide for finding the Authorization Code from major domain registrars control panel. Click Here to view the guide.
Allow 5-7 days for your current registrar to approve the domain transfer request post which you will see the domain name active in your account with us. Looking forward to have you on board. :) | |
