This is to inform you that the server where your domain is hosted will be undergoing maintenance as per the schedule and reason mentioned below.
Reason: Upgrading Plesk v17.5.3 to Obsidian v18.0.27
Maintenance Window:
Start Time:13/Aug/20 8:00 PM IST
End Time: 13/Aug/20 11:00 PM IST
Affected Servers:
PLESK-WEB12.WEBHOSTBOX.NET
MDUS-PP-WB13.WEBHOSTBOX.NET
Affected Services :
1. Plesk Panel and Horde webmail interface will be down during the maintenance window. Mailenable interface will be up and running, hence you may switch to Mailenable webmail if required.
2. Websites will be down for a few minutes during the upgrade process when the services are restarted
As a part of this upgrade, we are having a New improved connectivity method for the FTP connection.
Instead of using the FTP user name, use either .\ftpusername or servername\ftpusername
