Scheduled maintenance on some of our Windows shared servers - 05th Aug

Dear customer,

Please be advised that the following Windows hosting servers will be undergoing maintenance as per the schedule. Previous maintenance which was scheduled was not completed due to some technical issues and reasons mentioned below.

Reason: Upgrading Plesk v17.5.3 to Obsidian v18.0.27

Maintenance Window:

Start Time: 05/Aug/20 08:00 PM IST
End Time: 05/Aug/20 11:00 PM IST

Affected Servers:

plesk-web4.webhostbox.net

Affected Services:

Plesk Panel and Horde webmail interface will be down during the maintenance window.
Mailenable interface will be up and running, hence you may switch to Mailenable webmail if required
Websites will be down for a few minutes during the upgrade process when the services are restarted
