We will be performing a scheduled maintenance on all our Control Panel database servers. As part of the maintenance process, we would be disabling all traffic arriving to our Control Panel servers, due to which the following services would be affected:
During the maintenance, you may face issues while trying to place any new orders via our BigRock Website, and while managing your orders from the Control Panel. Though the maintenance duration is of 30 minutes, we expect services to be affected for not more than a few minutes. Our System Administration team will be actively monitoring the system to ensure that there is minimal degradation of services.
