Please be advised that the Business & Enterprise Email hosting Orders hosted in Dallas will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance as per the schedule and reason mentioned below.

Reason: Update the Email services Control Panel.

Maintenance Window :

Start Time: 28/Jun/19 9:00 PM IST

End Time: 29/Jun/19 12:00 AM IST

Downtime based on MX:

If your domains MX points to mx1.mailhostbox.com, then you will face following service disruptions.

Service Affected :

The Email Hosting Dashboard will be unavailable
Any action (addition, suspension, renewal, deletion) placed on the Email Hosting order will be processed post maintenance
Users will not be able to use functionality like Forgot/Reset/Change password and create/delete the mail account

Kindly note that there won’t be any issues in sending/receiving emails.
