Webmail login issue in Enterprise and Business email

We are currently facing an issue with the webmail service on our Business/Enterprise Email services.

You may encounter the error “Could not connect to the context storage. (CTX-0005)” while authenticating via the webmail interface.

Note: Users those who are using mail client(such as outlook,etc) will not face any issue in sending and receiving mail

Our senior administrators are already working on this issue and are trying to fix this as soon as possible.
