Maintenance Notice: Please be advised that our Enterprise and Business email infrastructure will be undergoing maintenance as per the schedule and reason mentioned below.
Reason: Update the mail services control panel.
Maintenance Window: Date & Time: August 31, 19:00 IST Duration: 2 Hours Downtime: Based on MX 1) If your MX is mx1.mailhostbox.com (Dalas) (8:00 PM to 8:30 PM) 2) If your MX is us2.mx1.mailhostbox.com (Austin) (8:30 PM to 9:00 PM) 3) If your MX is us3.mx2.mailhostbox.com (Enterprise Email) (9:00 PM to 9:30 PM)
Affected Services : Users will not be able use functionality like Forgot/Reset/Change password and create/delete mail account. However, there won’t be any issues in sending/receiving emails from webmail. Emails can also be accessed through 3rd party applications like Outlook, Thunderbird, etc. Please feel free to contact our support helpdesk in case you have any queries.
