Moving your Product from one BigRock account to another

Moving orders from one BigRock account to another is quick and easy. But before that you need to have 2 details handy.

New customer ID and New customer Username: Click here to check it

Once you’ve got the details, here’s what you do:

  1. Login to your BigRock account.

  2. Click on Manage order >> list/search orders.

  3. Click on the domain name that you wish to Move from the current account to the new account.

  4. On the next page, next to the domain name, Click on the option ‘Move Services’.

  5. Enter the ‘New Customer's ID’ and ‘New Customer's username’.

  6. Under ‘Contact details to use after moving the Domain name’ select:

    1. Use existing contacts of the Domain Name - If you don’t want to change the registrant or the owner of the domain.

    2. Use new customer's default contact - If you want to use the new customer’s details.

  7. Under ‘Services that will moved’, you will find the products that will move into the new customer account.(Note: If you have a domain and hosting for a particular domain such as, you can’t just move the domain or just the hosting. Both will be moved together into the new account.)

  8. Click on ‘Move service to other Customer’

  9. On the next page, you will be able to view the contacts of the new customer and the new owner details.

  10. Click on ‘Confirm and Move’.

  11. Incase you want to make changes to the customer details, click on 'No, I want to chnage the Customer'.

That’s it! Your order has been moved into the new account.
