Statistics Display issue faced in cPanel interface

We have initiated the emergency maintenance on our Linux servers at 11.45 PM on 16th Aug 2016 to fix the cPanel statistics issue which has been reported. You might get the following error on your websites.

Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.

The issues will be fixed once the update is completed.

In order to fix the reported cPanel statistics issue, our product development team is performing an emergency maintenance to deploy a patch on the Linux servers. During the process, PHP modules are updated and you might get the following error on your websites.

We have identified that the alerts for memory statistics is due to a bug in cPanel and can be ignored. This will not affect the performance of the website.


We are working on the issue and will update this forum post with our findings.

We are facing an issue with the display of memory usage statistics in cPanel interface of our Linux Servers. The Physical memory usage and Virtual memory usage are marked in red even though the usage is well within limits.
