As you are already aware, for auto-renewal using Paypal Express feature, the auto renewal is attempted 15 days before expiry for orders having a tenure of 1 month. In addition to this, a mail about the auto renewal being attempted is sent 3 days before the actual renewal happens i.e. 18 days before expiry.
In order to refine this process, we will be modifying the number of days for attempting the auto renewal to 7 days before expiry instead of the earlier 15 days for orders having a tenure of 1 month.
Also, a reminder mail will be sent about the auto renewal being attempted 3 days before the actual renewal happens i.e. 10 days before expiry.
Please Note : This change is only applicable for Orders having a tenure of 1 month.
We intend on making this live on Monday, 31st August, 2015.
