Here are FAQs listed out to help understand the Business Email Lite Migration better:
Q. I don't understand what is happening?
We are migrating our email infrastructure to a new and amazing system. It is better, faster and more user friendly. Also, the expiry date of your package changes, if it expires after April 15th 2015. The new expiry date will be May 15th, 2015.
Q. What happens to my existing email account on BigRock?
You would have already moved to the new platform, hence seeing a change in the webmail interface to access your emails. Apart from this, there will be no change to the email account except a change in the expiry date.
Q. What is the new expiry date for my order?
May 15th, 2015. We shall be crediting to your account an amount equivalent to the unused tenure of your package as on May 15th; but the order will be expiring on May 15th 2015. That means, 1 month of FREE hosting :)
Q. When should I renew my order ?
Anytime after April 15th (but before May 15th) will be fine to ensure you enjoy uninterrupted services.
Q. Will I lose any old emails or contacts?
No, we have already taken care of everything. All your data, emails and everything else has been migrated safely. If you find anything missing, feel free to contact our Support Team.
Q. What are the new Email Hosting plans?
Our new plans are now billed on a per account basis. Click here for more details. You can also speak to our sales executives to know more.
Q. What about my current settings and contacts?
We have already migrated your saved signatures, filters, address books to our new system. The system will be ready and prepped up for you :)
Q. Will there be any downtime?
Q. If I don't want to continue with Personal Email, what should I do?
If you do not wish to continue, we recommend you take a backup of all your emails. Other than that there is nothing that you need to do.
