How to deny access to a website by IP address?

Want to restrict access to your website? cPanel allows you to restrict certain IPs or an entire IP range to access your website. It’s an easy way to protect your site from known spammers and attackers. Here’s you can you can set it up in minutes:

  1. Login to your cPanel.

  2. Scroll down to the Security section.

  3. Click on ‘IP Deny manager’.

  4. Fill in the Domain name / IP address or the range of IP address that you would like to block access to your website.

  5. Click ‘Add’.

Great! Your website will be inaccessible to the folks you’ve disallowed.
