Switching back to BigRock free email or email hosting service is super simple and can be done in 4 easy steps. Let us show you how it’s done:

Step 1: Accessing the BigRock Records. Click here to access the default BigRock Email records. The page will display a set of MX, CNAME and TXT Records. Copy these records on a notepad file for your reference.

Step 2: Delete the existing MX records and add the BigRock MX records, click here.

Step 3: Delete the existing Cname records that have same hostname as BigRock default records else it will result in conflict. Click here to edit Cname records.

Step 4: Add the TXT records, click here.

There you go. Your email service will be now routed via BigRock email server.

That’s it. Once you make any changes in the DNS, give it about a couple of hours for DNS propagation to complete so that changes reflect globally.
