If you’re on our Windows Hosting platform, creating your Email Signature is super easy using our webmail. With just a few steps, you’ll have your own identity for every email you send:

1. Login to webmail.

2. Click on ‘Options’ from the main menu.

3. Click on ‘Mail’.

4. Under the Email signature section, check the box for Enable Email signature.
   
   

5. Type in your desired Signature in the text box provided.
   
   

6. Click on HTML if you have added HTML content.
   
   

7. Hit ‘Save’.
   
   
   
   

And you’re done. All your outgoing emails will now be accompanied with your awesome new signature.
