We’re happy that you’ve decided on upgrading your Email hosting plan. Let’s quickly run by the process, but before we go ahead just a quick note, all upgrades done during the tenure are on a pro-rata basis.

Let’s begin:

1. Login to your account.
   
   
   
   
2. You will now see a page with all purchases made by you on our system.
   
   
3. Click on the domain name for which you want to make an upgrade.
   
   
4. Click on "See Plans & Pricing" under the Hosting package that you’ve purchased.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on ‘Switch Plan’  to view the details of the new plan.
   
   
6. You can click on ‘Move to New Plan’ and proceed to the payment page.
   
   
   

That’s it. You just upgraded your hosting service.

Note: If you have Email Hosting Plan, you can upgrade from Essential to any one from Economy, Deluxe and Premium.
