First off, don’t panic, we’ll help you access your account and its contents again but first, create a ticket or shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us about the issue. Once you inform us, we’ll lock your account and orders (to avoid any unauthorized activity) until verification is complete.
For the verification, we’ll require documents of the individual whose name appears in the customer name field(account holder).
List of Documents that we require are:
Photo Identity Proof of customer account holder - eg: Driving License, Passport etc.
Company Proof - Incorporation Certificate or Company name change certificate (in case company name is set on customer profile).
Download the Change of Username Form from the link here. Fill in the details (Make sure that the form is manually signed by the Account holder) and scan it.
Send us these documents via the same email or ticket through which you sent us the request to lock the account.
Post verification, changes would be made to the account as per the new details and a confirmation mail would be sent to you.
Once you have confirmed that your Bigrock account is secure and contains all the orders, our team will go ahead and unlock your products.
