Adding Funds to your Customer Account

Maintaining funds in your BigRock account can be very handy when you make regular purchases. Needless to say, your funds are safe and 100% refundable. If want to add funds to your account, here’s how you do it:

  1. Login to your account.

  2. On the Menu bar, click on ‘My Billing’.

  3. Click on ‘Add Funds’.

  4. Select the payment method and click on continue.

  5. Fill in the amount and click on submit to proceed.

  6. You will be redirected to the payment gateway website where you can fill in your banking details to complete the transaction.

Once the transaction is successful, you will be redirected to your Bigrock account.

Now wasn’t that simple.
