'Unexpected Error Occured' message while renewing my order. What should I do?

If you’re getting this error at the time of renewal, do not be alarmed, its no big deal and easy to fix.


This happens if you have an existing invoice associated with the product. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Login to your account.

  2. On the Menu bar, click on ‘My Billing’.

  3. Click on ‘Pending Payments’.

  4. The page will show you the Invoice description for the order.

  5. Tick the checkbox next to the Invoice and click on ‘Pay’ on top.

  6. On the Next page, you may either use Online Payment option or Debit account balance.

  7. Once you’ve made the payment you can access your order by clicking on Manage orders>list/search orders.

That’s it! You’ve renewed your order successfully.
